Our Community Partners
A Cooperative Farm requires a lot of hard work and dedication on the farm, but it also takes a lot of other businesses, education centres, and people to make this a truly Cooperative venture.
Below is a list of some of those in the community that work just as hard as we do.
The CFFO is a professional organization for families involved in the business of farming. We value family enterprise, profitability and a responsible stewardship of resources. We are committed to public policies that provide a robust legislative environment for the business of farming.
Ecological Farmers of Ontario has been committed to ecological and organic farming since 1979. We’re run by farmers, for farmers. We’re non-competitive. We focus on helping each other make a better living growing real food while improving our soils, crops, livestock and the environment. We’re passionate about what we do.
The FBEA is a free member network established to strengthen and support the work of educators and administrators providing public access to their productive working farms.
Friends of Fort Erie's Creeks (FOFEC) are a non-profit organization located within the Town of Fort Erie. FOFEC is an organization founded and sustained by volunteers who are genuinely concerned for the preservation, restoration and rehabilitation of the creeks and associated watersheds in the Fort Erie area.
The Local Organic Food Co-ops Network exists to educate and advocate for food co-ops; facilitate and support the growth of food co-ops; and to connect and scale up for regional food processing and distribution hubs.
The Niagara Local Food Co-operative is an innovative marketing and distribution system for local farmers, agricultural producers, and consumers. Essentially we are a virtual farmer's market. Instead of driving to the market on specific days, you can order online at your convenience–every second week, you can pick up the foods you selected in one convenient location.
We provide reliable, friendly service with excellent in-stock rates and deliver to communities throughout Ontario and Eastern Canada. We offer over 3900 products from 200 vendors – including grocery, refrigerated, frozen, bulk and household items.
The Ontario Woodlot Association (OWA) is a not-for-profit grassroots organization. Our members own and manage woodlots throughout the province; we believe that private landowners have a key role to play to ensure that sustainably managed forests remain a part of Ontario’s future.
